If you enjoy working independently , and take pride in delivering excellent guest service , we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/check out guests in a friendly and professional manner Handle guest requests, concerns, and problem resolution promptly Answer phones and manage reservations Process payments and maintain accurate records Ensure smooth shift transitions with clear communication Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Schedule Requirements 40 hrs a week Weekend and holiday availability required Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Dependable with strong attendance What We're Looking For Someone who can work independently and stay calm under pressure A team player willing to step in when needed A professional, positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
