Overview Join our dynamic hotel team as a 2nd shift Hotel Front Desk Associate, working from 3pm to 11pm. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during evening hours. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining efficient front desk procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a fast-paced environment, where your positive attitude and problem-solving abilities shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Manage guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing through property management systems (PMS). Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures, including safety protocols and guest relations standards, to ensure a secure environment for all visitors. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and facility issues efficiently. Experience Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a hospitality setting. Ability or willingness to learn to operate multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
