Job Description :
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a memorable guest experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk. Check-in/check-out guests efficiently and accurately using hotel management software. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services, policies, and amenities. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner. Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and payments. Assist with luggage, room requests, and general guest needs. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform basic office duties such as filing, faxing, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel management software (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
