In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless experience through exceptional customer service and efficient hotel operations. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reconciling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records—all while providing a welcoming and professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and contribute to memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly, professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and positive relations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues affecting guest comfort or safety Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation necessary for daily operations Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial reconciliation and record keeping Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining professionalism and alertness Experience in guest services, hotel experience, or resort environments is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with tact, diplomacy, and a positive attitude PEP experience is a plus.
