Front Desk Associate We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Sleep Inn & Suites Port Clinton for our second shift (3pm-11pm) Job Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor Provide information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities Make and modify reservations via phone and in person Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions about hotel services Offer recommendations on local dining, shopping, and attractions Communicate effectively with outgoing and incoming shifts to ensure seamless guest service Monitor front desk operations and report discrepancies or concerns to management Perform additional duties as assigned by management Job Requirements Reliable transportation Availability to work weekends and holidays Basic computer proficiency High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
