• Job Summary:

• Immediate opening for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Ohler & Holzhauer Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning in both commercial and residential settings. Benefit package is included. Position is full time Monday
• Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure efficient system operations
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and components to identify issues
• Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Be a team player with fellow employees
• Be a positive problem solver

• Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HVAC/R systems maintenance, and repair. At least 4 years experience preferred
• Additional knowledge and experience with plumbing and electrical work a plus
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• Work accurately and efficiently to promote a safe work environment
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
