Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for visitors from around the world. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or handling emergency procedures, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our hotel's reputation for excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes Manage reservations using hospitality management systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS), updating guest information accurately Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and resolving guest inquiries promptly Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and concierge services to enhance their stay experience Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns efficiently and offering personalized solutions to ensure satisfaction Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, including safety protocols and incident reporting Support night audit activities by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve issues swiftly Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management preferred, especially within resort environments or hotels utilizing OPERA or similar PMS platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems are essential Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Experience working with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or comparable hotel management software is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
