Job Summary:
When members and guests enter ProMedica Forever Fit, you will check-in members, register guests and collect appropriate fees as the Front Desk Assistant. You will assist with member retention and new member sales and inform the Member Services Specialist of all prospect inquiries. You will schedule all service, programming and social event appointments and registrations. You will answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department. You will also receive and direct all incoming mail and packages. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. High School Diploma or equivalent
