Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel standards Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping staff to prioritize room cleaning schedules and address maintenance issues swiftly Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and team members to foster a courteous environment Support guest relations by providing local recommendations, assisting with reservations, and ensuring overall guest comfort throughout their stay Skills Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Previous hotel or resort experience, including front desk operations and guest services Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software for efficient check-in/check-out processes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience in night audit procedures is a plus for handling end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating welcoming environments.
