Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent working from 3pm to 11pm! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clarity. Handle reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues with a positive attitude. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests while adhering to hotel procedures. Support night audit procedures when necessary, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems (e.g., OPERA) and property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and client communication strategies. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Previous experience with resort operations or night audit functions is a plus.
