Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Associate working the Night Shift, where you will be the welcoming face and vital communication hub of our hospitality operation during evening hours (11 PM to 7 AM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage reservations, and ensure smooth operations through effective communication and problem-solving. Your energetic and professional approach will help create a warm, safe, and efficient environment for all visitors and team members. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Manage check-in and check-out processes using property management systems (PMS). Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions Coordinate reservations and room assignments efficiently while maintaining up-to-date records in hospitality reservation systems Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures with professionalism and urgency Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations and guest services Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Proficiency with property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence, phone etiquette, and client communication Ability to solve customer service problems swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes to ensure safety and operational accuracy Experience in resort or hotel environments preferred, with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
