Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and setting the tone for their stay. The ideal candidate will seamlessly handle reservations, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and efficiently guide them through the check-in and check-out processes. Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using our reservation and property management software. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Process payments, verify credit card information, and maintain accurate and secure guest accounts. Anticipate guest needs, address special requests, and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate daily with housekeeping and maintenance teams to monitor room readiness and report any facility issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role; previous hospitality or front desk experience is highly preferred. Must have the flexibility to work across our three rotating shifts: 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM (including weekends and holidays).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to quickly learn reservation software. A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Pay:
$13.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0
