Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times. Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, booking appointments, and coordinating schedules. Utilize computer systems to manage reservations, process payments, and maintain guest records. Assist with office duties including proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Utilize Google Workspace for document management and communication. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role; experience as a Front Desk Agent in a medical setting preferred Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software including Google Suite and EMR Software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service.
