From check‑in smiles to check‑out farewells, you'll help make every stay unforgettable.
Responsibility:
Be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive — delivering an awesome first impression every time. Manage reservations and guest information using our property management system with accuracy and confidence. Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, and room assignments like a pro. Answer guest questions with enthusiasm — whether it's about hotel amenities or the best local spots in Tulsa. Assist with special requests, concerns, and unexpected situations while keeping calm and professional. Support night audit procedures when needed by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports. Keep the front desk running smoothly and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.What we are looking for:
Experience in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus — but a great attitude goes a long way! Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest‑focused mindset. Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a fast‑moving environment. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (OPERA or similar PMS) is helpful. Professional phone etiquette and confidence in handling guest inquiries. Knowledge of basic hotel safety and emergency procedures. Bonus points if you're bilingual or multilingual!
