Pay:
$17.75-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Day Shift Evening Shift Weekend Availability Required Holiday Availability Required Night Audit opportunities available What You'll Do As the first face our guests see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs quickly and accurately. Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and questions. Provide recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Perform Night Audit duties when scheduled. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow Wyndham brand standards and hotel policies. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly and outgoing Reliable and punctual Positive with a strong work ethic Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to multitask in a busy environment Professional with excellent communication skills Passionate about providing outstanding customer service Qualifications Hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person! Cash handling experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
