About Black Butte Ranch Black Butte Ranch is a destination resort in Central Oregon, surrounded by Cascade mountain views, Ponderosa pines, and a strong sense of community. Set across 1,800 acres, the Ranch features championship golf courses, lodging, restaurants, pools, spa, trails, a private lake, and year-round recreation. Working here means being part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful settings. Summary The Recreation Center Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for guests and owners. This role supports daily operations by providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Check in owners and guests Schedule reservations for tennis courts, swim lessons, and other activities Rent equipment and process payments Answer guest questions and provide information about amenities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable handling transactions and reservations Schedule & Pay Seasonal, full-time or part-time, non-exempt position Onsite role Pay starting at $17/hour Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
