Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information or amenities details Handle phone communication professionally, including booking inquiries, cancellations, and general questions, adhering to excellent phone etiquette Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and respond swiftly to any incidents or safety concerns during your shift Support night audit activities by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each shift Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate guest requests and resolve property-related issues Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, especially in hotel or resort environments Familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA or property management software (PMS) is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations best practices, and night audit processes is advantageous Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities during evening or overnight shifts is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle phone communication professionally and maintain excellent client relations in diverse settings Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences while advancing your career in hospitality!
