The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while addressing guest inquiries and concerns effectively. Shuttle Driving is mandatory for this position and a valid drivers license is also required. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Process reservations through various channels including phone calls, online bookings, and walk-ins. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to accommodate diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest interactions.
