Position Summary The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless guest experience during overnight hours. This role combines front desk operations, guest services, light audit responsibilities, and property oversight. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and thrives in a quiet, service-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all overnight guest needs Perform late check-ins and early check-outs with professionalism and warmth Monitor property security and ensure guest safety throughout the night Conduct nightly audit procedures, including reconciliation of daily transactions Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or issues Prepare reports for management and morning staff handoff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas Assist with light housekeeping or setup tasks as needed Handle emergency situations calmly and in accordance with company protocols Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable with basic computer systems and reservation software Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional guest service Must be reliable and punctual Why Join Grace Winery?
