Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will assist guests with their inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining the highest standards of guest relations. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages efficiently. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Support hotel management in various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
