• General Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's stay
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments
• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently
• Respond to guest questions and concerns professionally
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest
• Position-Specific Duties May Include
• Front Desk
• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest requests and questions
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk area
• Breakfast Attendant
• Set up and maintain the breakfast area
• Replenish food and supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep the dining area clean and organized
• Provide friendly service to guests
• Night Audit
• Complete overnight front desk and accounting procedures
• Assist late-night guests
• Monitor hotel activity and security
• Prepare daily reports
• Provide excellent customer service during the overnight shift
• Housekeeping
• Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas
• Change linens and replenish room supplies
• Follow cleanliness and safety standards
• Report maintenance issues or lost-and-found items
• Help ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests
• Laundry Room
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
• Operate laundry equipment safely
• Monitor linen supplies
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
• Qualifications
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hotel, housekeeping, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but
• not required
• Must be willing to learn and follow hotel procedures
