ALL SHIFTS Location:

Aqua Blue Hotel - Narragansett, RI Join our team at Aqua Blue Hotel , a revitalized coastal property in the heart of Narragansett, where modern comfort meets seaside charm. We are seeking Front Desk Associates available for all shifts (morning, evening, and overnight) who are motivated, reliable, and guest-focused. Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests, check them in/out efficiently, and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Handle guest inquiries, room reservations, and special requests with professionalism. Answer phones, manage emails, and relay messages to appropriate departments. Process payments and maintain accurate records of daily transactions. Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Assist with room blocks, event inquiries, and guest communications when needed. Follow hotel procedures, safety guidelines, and uphold a polished, professional front desk environment. Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with basic computer systems, email, and phone operations. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

Schedule Shift schedule:
