Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest services in a hotel or resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Skills Proficiency in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A background in hospitality is beneficial for understanding guest needs.
