Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) The Skin and Wax Room - Bartlett, TN The Skin and Wax Room is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Guest Services Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our clients while supporting daily operations and promoting our services online.

Responsibilities include:

Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service Checking clients in and out Schedule and manage client appointments Answer phones, client questions and assist with general front desk needs Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment Complete routine cleaning and sanitizing duties Follow cleaning procedures, instructions, and product manuals carefully Create engaging social media content Edit graphics and promotional materials using Canva Assist with daily spa operations as needed Handling payments and maintaining accurate records Performing light laundry and maintaining a clean, inviting environment

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional, and personable Confident and comfortable interacting with clients Reliable, punctual, and dependable Able to work independently and take initiative Experienced in customer service Organized and detail-oriented Able to follow instructions, procedures, and product manuals accurately Comfortable using Canva for media and graphic editing Passionate about creating a positive client experience Prior experience in customer service, sales, or reception preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using Instagram and Facebook for business Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus, but not required
