This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting the hotel's overnight operations and financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests during overnight check-in and check-out procedures Assists guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction Anticipate guests' needs and consistently exceed their expectations Process registrations, payments, room assignments, and room key issuance Verify guest information, rates, billing for accuracy Complete registration, secure payment, and adjust billing as needed Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns Complete the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, room types, rates, packages and promotions Provide guests with information about local attractions and services Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards Support overall hotel operations during overnight hours Build strong relationships with guests, clients and groups while maintaining professional integrity Provide knowledge of the local area to assist guest inquiries Help with laundry, as needed Build strong, professional relationships with guests, clients, and groups Qualifications Previous guest service or customer service experience preferred Hotel experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, mature and self-motivated - a must Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member Equal Opportunity Employer We proudly provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibit discrimination or harassment of any kind in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
