  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences.
This energetic position combines the responsibilities of front desk management, guest relations, and financial reconciliation, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our property. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver seamless service around the clock, creating memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities through detailed reports. Oversee security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and responding to any emergencies or disturbances. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations in multiple languages if applicable. Uphold hotel policies related to guest safety, confidentiality, and phone etiquette while fostering a hospitable environment for diverse clientele. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly preferred. Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, or night audit functions within a resort or hotel setting. Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for communicating effectively with international guests. Demonstrated ability to handle customer service situations with professionalism and a positive attitude. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to guest relations, security procedures, and hotel operations is desirable.
