Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role demands a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As a vital member of our hospitality management team, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guests' entire stay, making their visit enjoyable and stress-free. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing using hotel management software. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns with patience and a positive attitude. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue opportunities. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel or resort experience but not necessary will train you. Excellent guest relations skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management practices. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
