Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $18.00 per hour.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day: You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests. Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently. Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits. Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management. Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access. Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns. Look sharp in your supplied uniform. Enjoy interacting with the residents.
