Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly. Oversee calendar management for appointments and reservations. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in billing. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are well-stocked and accessible. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities. Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Experience Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with office procedures and equipment, including phone systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation during busy periods. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
