Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while managing reservations, guest inquiries, and check-in/check-out procedures. Your energy and hospitality expertise will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from arrival to departure. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and hospitality management skills Manage reservations efficiently, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Address guest concerns promptly with customer service problem-solving techniques, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, requests, and complaints to support excellent guest relations Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff during your shift Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment; resort experience is a plus Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor Ability to handle night audits or late shifts confidently while maintaining high standards of guest service Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Previous experience working with hospitality management tools and hotel reservation systems is preferred Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home!
