Front Desk / Pro Shop Staff

About Us Oak Creek Tennis & Pickleball Center, operated by Impact Activities, is one of the premier public tennis and pickleball facilities in the DFW area. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our front desk and pro shop staff. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sports environment and has strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and assist with court reservations and program registrations Process payments through our POS system Assist with pro shop sales including racquets, paddles, apparel, drinks, and accessories Open and/or close the facility depending on shift Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and pro shop areas Assist with league nights, events, tournaments, and camps as needed Provide general information about memberships, programs, and facility policies Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling/POS software Tennis or pickleball knowledge is a plus, but not required Ability to multitask in a busy environment Must be available evenings and weekends Preferred Experience Retail or front desk experience Sports, fitness, or recreation facility experience Experience with customer service or hospitality Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on pro shop merchandise and programs Fun and active work environment Opportunity for growth within one of the largest public racquet sports operators in DFW How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short description of your availability and any relevant experience.
