We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help maintain efficient office operations, support administrative functions, and foster a positive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer service skills. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and housekeeping status Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Monitor and manage guest feedback platforms and service requests Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Assist with resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Support team members and assist with shift coverage when needed Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hotel front desk experience required Prior experience with Hilton PEP required (2 years) Experience using Quore and Kipsu preffered Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room management Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must demonstrate professionalism and reliability Skills Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries effectively Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively Join us as a Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of our team!
