The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional welcome Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care Operate phone systems and manage incoming calls and messages Maintain accurate guest records and reservations Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in front desk or guest services within the hospitality industry preferred Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera preferred) Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Multilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial Experience with night audit procedures is an advantage Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and help create memorable experiences for every guest!
