Located at 1045 Sunland Park Drive. Must be outgoing and friendly to Guest. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to help provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle problems quickly and effectively, use common sense solutions to solve problems, and be able to respond appropriately and quickly to unexpected requests. Access to transportation is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Check in guests and provide them with their keys and other requested items.
- Answer callers' questions.
- Answer the phone.
- Make reservations for guests.
- Investigate any disturbances in the hotel, such as fire alarms or disturbances between guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
