Manage guest reservations using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Address guest concerns promptly, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during unforeseen incidents or emergencies. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, personalized interactions, and proactive assistance. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette. Experience with night audit processes and resort operations is preferred. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client communication and guest services.
