Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software. Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases. Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing systems, and document organization. Assist with client communication and customer support to address inquiries efficiently and courteously. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets. Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, typing, and document processing. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
