From the moment a guest arrives until the moment they depart, you'll help create a personalized, seamless, and memorable stay. You'll serve as a knowledgeable and gracious point of contact, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, reservations, and more. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and handle challenges with professionalism will help ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for. Education and Experience Previous front desk, guest services, luxury hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, service-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer applications preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other hotel departments. Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and following hotel security and privacy procedures. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to sit, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday as needed. Ability to operate computers, phones, and other standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in person, by phone, and through written communication.
