•Full Time Uni K Wax Frisco is hiring a friendly, professional, and sales-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. We are a professional waxing studio known for providing an exceptional customer experience using our exclusive all-natural ELASTIK® Wax. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can help every client feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment they walk in. This is a full-time front desk position with a set schedule that includes every weekend. Weekend availability is required. Position Front Desk / Customer Experience Coordinator

•Full Time Pay $13 per hour + commission on memberships, packages, and retail sales.

•8:00 PM Candidates must be available to work this full schedule, including every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Responsibilities Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression Answer phone calls, assist with bookings, and manage appointments Check clients in and out Educate clients about memberships, service packages, promotions, and retail products Recommend and sell memberships, packages, and products when appropriate Support a smooth client experience from arrival through checkout Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment Communicate professionally with clients by phone, text, and in person Assist the team with daily studio operations Participate in occasional promotional events or flyer distribution when scheduled What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with clients and recommending memberships, packages, and products Sales-oriented and motivated by commission opportunities Reliable and punctual Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude with clients and team members Professional appearance and demeanor Fluent in English Must be available to work every weekend according to the schedule listed above Previous front desk, sales, spa, salon, beauty, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
