Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while verifying guest information and payment details Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel procedures to ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and maintain safety standards Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports for operational consistency Uphold hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management Strong customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents Excellent phone communication skills with a focus on hospitality etiquette and professionalism Experience in night audit processes, guest relations, and resort environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
