FOSSE Experience Required Pay:

$20.00/hour | Weekly Pay Travel Position | Immediate Opportunity We're hiring an experienced Front Desk Agent for a Task Force assignment at a large, full-service hotel. This position is ideal for someone with strong hotel front desk experience who can step into the operation and work independently with minimal training. What You'll Do Perform daily front desk operations and provide excellent guest service Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally Process guest payments, reservations, and room assignments Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns Maintain accurate guest accounts and room charges Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications Communicate with Housekeeping and other hotel departments regarding room status Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures Assist with daily front office operations as needed Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout the stay Experience Required Previous hotel Front Desk Agent experience
