Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent/Night Audit, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our property, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records during overnight hours. Your proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of hospitality management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP or similar platforms Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy in all property management records Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control during overnight shifts Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, vendors, and team members to coordinate services and resolve issues promptly Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational continuity and compliance Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Prior experience with night audit functions or resort operations is preferred Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
