We're hiring Front Desk Team Members to be the friendly face of our sporting facility and help create an outstanding member experience.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming members and guests Managing check-ins, court bookings, and reservations Answering phones and responding to customer questions Assisting with memberships, events, and programs Keeping the front desk and facility organized Providing exceptional customer service Ideal candidates: Bilingual (required) Friendly, outgoing, and reliable Excellent communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Sports, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively environments, enjoy engaging with diverse audiences, and are committed to creating safe, enjoyable experiences.
