QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Excellent communication and customer service skills PC skills and knowledge Must be able to easily and frequently switch from one activity to another Ability to solve problems with a minimum of supervision Ability to use basic office equipment including fax, printer, copier
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Complete guest registration, issue room keys Provide hotel and local information Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions Count cash drawers, balance transactions, drop deposit Check out guests, verify correct charges and credits are posted to folio Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
