Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests Assist with reservations and inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
Previous hotel experience in a customer service role is preferred Familiarity with hotel phone systems and basic computer skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
