Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out process. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Assist in managing guest relations to foster repeat business. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of front desk operations including night audit procedures is desirable. Proficient in using phone systems and handling various communication channels. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
