The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our visitors while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced and accurate. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively while providing excellent phone etiquette. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
