We're looking for a Payment Management & Checkout Desk Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn a checkout interaction into a sales opportunity. What You'll Do Manage patient checkout and payment processing with speed and accuracy in a high-volume clinic Confidently recommend add-on products, services, and memberships at checkout — this is a sales-driven role, not just a transactional one Handle phone calls with a sales mindset, booking appointments and promoting current offers and packages Juggle multiple tasks at once (checkout, phones, scheduling, product recommendations) without losing accuracy or composure Follow clinic protocols and leadership direction precisely, with a high level of attention to detail Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly, even during peak hours What We're Looking For A natural salesperson — someone who genuinely enjoys recommending products and closing the sale, not just processing payments Confident, upbeat phone presence with the ability to sell over the phone Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage high patient volume without dropping the ball Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking direction Previous experience in retail sales, medical spa, or customer-facing sales roles preferred A positive, team-first attitude — we protect a strong culture here and look for people who add to it Why New You Work in a growing, reputable aesthetics and wellness practice Be part of a supportive team environment Opportunity for growth as the practice expands If you're a confident closer who loves fast-paced work and takes pride in getting every detail right, we'd love to hear from you.
