Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and its amenities. Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all supplies are stocked. Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures according to hotel policies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations in a hospitality environment. Experience in hotel or resort settings is preferred, showcasing familiarity with hospitality management practices. Proficient in using phone systems and handling multi-line calls efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus (multilingual). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing guest accounts accurately. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding guest services in the hospitality industry.
