Job Description
Overtime available:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management if necessary
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
