Job Description

Description We are hiring a Front Desk Clerk! As a Front Desk Clerk, you play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience. Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and handle special requests. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Process payments, cash transactions, and guest account charges accurately. Answer phone calls and provide information on hotel services and amenities. Monitor room availability and maintain accurate guest records. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Communicate guest feedback, maintenance needs, and operational updates. Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and guest service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with basic computer and cash-handling skills. Professional, reliable, and service-focused. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. when needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
